Two-tone elegance. The Proskauer Rose headquarters in Paris.
Proskauer Rose is one of the leading legal firms in the United States, with offices in New York, Boston, Washington, and Los Angeles. Founded in 1875, it expanded its business to France in 1991, opening a branch in Paris, at 374, Rue Saint-Honoré, which has recently undergone refurbishment.
The new offices were equipped with double-glazed dividing walls from the P700 and P500 series given special treatment creating an elegant play of reflections and transparent and opaque effects, all in shades of white, to contrast with the dark finish of floors and load-bearing walls.
Contrasting surfaces.
The interplay of dark and light colours was obtained by combining a dark carpet with bright laminated double-glazed partition from the P700 series. A thin layer of white fabric was sandwiched between the two sheets of glass to create a matt effect while other parts were left transparent for a pure clean look.
White on white.
The brightness of the environment extends to the zones using enamelled double-glazed walls from the P500 series and with corner sections whose uprights are concealed by strips of enamelled glass. All metal parts of the walls in both the P500 and P700 series are white coated.
Prestigious doors.
The furnishing project paid particular attention to the doors which are enamelled single- or double-glazed with full-height steel pull handles and white coated frames. For greater staff and visitor safety, all doors have been fitted with badge scanners.
